A Kynar Aquatec® PVDF resin-based topcoat is inherently Mold and Mildew resistant.

Kynar Aquatec® PVDF resin helps to prevent Mold and Mildew growth.  In the example below, the Kynar Aquatec® PVDF resin-based coating stayed clean vs. the acrylic based coating after 19 months weathering in South Florida.  No biocide was added to either coating, demonstrating the inherent nature of a Kynar Aquatec® PVDF resin-based coating to withstand Mold, Mildew, and Fungal growth.
